- Same-Day Delivery (Nairobi): LuxPhones Mosub offers same-day delivery for orders within Nairobi. Orders placed and confirmed before our daily cut-off time will be delivered on the same day.
- Next-Day Delivery (Nakuru): Orders delivered to Nakuru will arrive on the next business day.
- Other Locations: For deliveries to other locations across Kenya, specific delivery timelines will be communicated to you during the order confirmation process. We strive to provide the fastest possible delivery to all our customers.

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT ON DELIVERY

- All delivery timelines are subject to order confirmation and successful processing of your application. Our team will contact you to confirm your order and provide an estimated delivery window.
- **Important: The required deposit for your Lipa Pole Pole plan is paid ONLY upon successful delivery and inspection of your device.** You will not be required to pay any deposit before receiving your phone.

3. DELIVERY PROCESS
